The selection at breakfast was good, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel's location was convenient, as it was within walking distance of the sea. the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.
the room's amenities were not as advertised, with no fridge or proper coffee and tea facilities. Lastly, the decor of the room was outdated and could use an upgrade.

I chose this hotel for attending a business conference and it provided a work desk in my room. The room was comfortable and clean, making it easy for me to work and stay focused.
The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center or coworking space. Having a designated area with additional amenities and facilities would have made my work experience even better.

It was just a short walk from the hotel and had a variety of rides and attractions suitable for children of all ages. The kids had a blast on the roller coasters and bumper cars, and there were plenty of games and snacks to keep them entertained. It was a great day out for the whole family!
My wife says that it would have been nice if the hotel had a children's play area or playground.

The location of this hotel was mind-blowing! Just a short 10-minute walk to the breathtaking sea coast, it offered a quiet and peaceful retreat. The convenience of being only 2 minutes away from tram and bus stations made exploring the city a breeze, with a quick 20-minute ride to the old town. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as free Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also provided free parking, which was a huge plus. The staff, especially the receptionist Carolyn, were super helpful and friendly, making us feel very safe and at home. The breakfast included in the stay was excellent, and there was even a restaurant on-site for other meals. With luggage storage, pet-friendly policies, 24-hour reception, and 24-hour security, this hotel thought of everything to ensure a fantastic stay. Plus, the strict no-smoking policy on-site was a refreshing bonus. our stay at this hotel was simply jaw-dropping, and I would highly recommend it to any young-adult traveler looking for a great stay at a reasonable price.

We had an amazing time exploring the local area, with the beach just a short walk away and a tram stop nearby for easy access to the city center. the comfortable rooms were spotlessly clean and felt very safe, with easy access parking available. We especially enjoyed the selection at breakfast, a great start to the day.
The language barrier with the staff was a slight challenge, as English wasn't spoken, but overall it didn't detract from our enjoyable stay.

Stayed overnight in a lovely hotel in a quiet area. Enjoyed a free buffet breakfast, explored the beautiful garden, and had a delicious meal at the on-site restaurant. Don't miss the Aquapark Sopot nearby!
Loved struggling to communicate with the staff who didn't speak English. So much fun!

I chose this hotel for my business mixer as it provided a work desk, which was essential for my work. The staff was friendly and helpful in accommodating my needs.
The only service I missed for my work was a reliable and fast internet connection. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi in the hotel was unreliable and often slow, making it difficult for me to stay connected and productive.
